What is Inhalant Abuse?
Inhalant Abuse is the deliberate inhalation by "sniffing" or "huffing"
fumes, vapors or gases from common household and commercial products for
the purpose of "getting high." To achieve this "high," more
than 1,400 household products are misused - products that are found under
your sinks, in your cabinets, in your garage and throughout your house.
These household products are chosen because they are inexpensive, easily
accessible and legal to purchase.
At PerfectData we believe that through education we can help prevent
future abuse and its devastating effects.
As it states on our cans:
"DANGER: INTENTIONAL MISUSE BY DELIBERATELY
CONCENTRATING THE CONTENTS OF THIS CAN AND INHALING MAY BE HARMFUL
OR FATAL.
INHALANT ABUSE CAN BE FATAL! THIS PRODUCT CONTAINS A BITTERANT TO DISCOURAGE
INHALANT ABUSE. " Please use our
product responsibly.
For more information on how our product communicates such warnings to
consumers take a look at actual can labeling from our Duster. We use an
added Bitterant to discourage inhalant abuse.
